This project, designated for Lewis, represents one of my initial involvements in multifamily design, albeit the most complex to date. The master plan primarily comprises duplexes and townhomes of diverse building prototypes, which delineate the L-shaped boundary of the site. I assumed responsibility for managing all progress comments and change requests from the clients following the initial submission, through to the finalization required to advance to construction documents. All two-dimensional plans, three-dimensional modeling, elevations, and color blocking were produced by me.
