The Altair was one of the few projects I had taken lead on the entirety of its design scope. Working together with my team, whom I greatly admire working to this today, From designing the building's articulations, formatting all the sheet layouts, to determining all the color and material callouts, and finally producing the elevations and streetscapes, all with the assistance of my team.  This fusion style between traditional urban to modern industrial had to be executed and delivered in a matter of two weeks as a rush delivery for the city submittal deadline. No comment responses came back and the design became approved to move forward into production.
