The Modera Hollywood Resort was conceptualized utilizing SketchUp, followed by the development of a fly-by animation in Twinmotion, with final renderings produced in Unreal Engine. The primary objectives encompassed the enhancement of both the pool and roof decks through the incorporation of landscaping plants, furniture, and integrated outdoor patio amenities. Additionally, we included lighting decorations to facilitate seamless transitions between daytime and nighttime environments.
