The Modera Hollywood Resort was designed using SketchUp and subsequently executed as a fly-by animation utilizing Twinmotion, followed by final rendering through Unreal Engine for the deliverables. The primary focus involved the enhancement of both the pool and roof decks, integrating landscaping plants, furniture, and built-in outdoor patio amenities. Additionally, we incorporated decorative lighting to create a seamless transition between daytime and nighttime settings.
