The Modera Hollywood Resort was modeled with Sketchup and executed as a fly-by animation from Twin Motion and then Real Engine for the final renderings as a deliverable. The main scopes were populating both the Pool and Roof decks with landscaping plants, furniture, and built in outdoor patio amenities. We've also incorporated light decorations to create a flowing transitions between day-tme and night-time.
